Lovely place to work. Been working here for over 4 years. Staff are great and also residents are lovely
I had a interview yesday I came in enough time dressed very smart and etc and the interview menat be with manger. But she did not turn up so it was with depti manger and whilst waited in reception they printing the interview question that not very organised but they did offer me a drink thought that was good. When I was having interview the telephone went of and felt very rushed and brought the relivent information did not ask see my qualification then at end when ask have got any question I asked but had other to ask too but the inteview felt very very rushed but they did show me around the care home though.
They could not do enough for us during my father's two week stay while my mother enjoyed a Respite break. The staff are not patronising and they encourage personal autonomy for all their residents. Excellent.
Loved working there lovely people lovely residents and on each floor there is a brilliant team of good professional cares I really do miss working there good training provided to the managers are lovely and understanding to defo good place to work you get supported good
I popped in to Hanford Court Care home today. I'm a paramedic and we'd just completed a traumatic job and were returning to our station. We know that all the Avery Care homes look after ambulance crews well. They offered us a couple of teas and a slice of cake. Just the brief respite we needed. Their care for us and residents is excellent. Thankyou. Mark and Sarah
