I feel very lucky to have found these guys. Bill and his team are absolutely fabulous. The work is completed to a very high standard with regular updates and photographs of progress. Care and attention is taken on every aspect of the job. I cannot recommend them enough.

Have used this service since moving into a new flat and faced various unfortunate circumstances. From finding leaky plumbing broken taps. Faulty electrics and even floor joists that had been completely cut by previous owners to pipe in central heating. Used handy man for every job..having instantly built up great trust in Bill from the first moment by his personality and Professionalism.all jobs have been explained and options given and akso completed to a fantastic standard. Good communication before job regarding time of arrival and even a courtesy call afterwards to make sure i was happy..Handyman will always be my number one choice. Professional high standard service. Look no further..
Do not use this company. I paid 1687 for a new door and window. I waited months for job to be done with Bill Fawcett using many excuses including covid. What I got was a second hand window and the cheapest door from B and Q. The workmanship is appalling. Bill agreed to put it right even though I asked for my money back he refused. He said he would do it, this was only after I sent an email to him re request for money back. I'm now going to small claims court. Do not part with your money. We are elderly who find the whole thing making us ill. I would not give him one star but there's nothing lower. He uses many different addresses so he is had to track down.
I've used Bill and his team on numerous occasions and they have always been very professional and helpful getting all my issues resolved. Highly recommend them.
We have had a very poor experience with this company and have found that they have been dishonest, evasive and carry out poor workmanship. We first contacted Bill to install a dishwasher. After a period of leakages we asked Handyman Newcastle to fix the problem. The employee who was sent did an excellent job to repair the original poor work. He found that incorrect parts had been forced on and that there was a generally poor standard of workmanship with loose valves left and a dishwasher that was unsafe as it could not be fully removed from the unit. The most frustrating part of this experience has been trying to contact Bill to get a refund on the original work. He dodges emails and phone calls. When we have been able to talk to him he is makes promises that he does not keep. He will not accept that the original work was poorly done stating that \I did that job and nothing I do ever goes wrong\ which is laughable considering the reviews. Unfortunately he has also sacked the employee who did a decent job and is using the fact that he claims not to have received the payment from his former employee as reason not to refund us, his customers. Bill also claims to be in New Zealand from time to time, but his timescale does not make sense and he has contacted me from two different UK numbers whilst claiming to be in New Zealand. We have spent months trying to get a refund and warning Bill that we would take him to the small claims court, report to trading standards and leave honest reviews.
