ARE YOU THINKING OF BUYING QUALITY APPLIANCE? Well don't shop here. I've never had an experience like this one. I and my mom were shopping around for a used washer when we connected with Perla Baldera on Facebook. When I went to buy it, she was friendly. I asked if I could spin the machine for 30 min. She said there was no need since it had a warranty of 3 months so I left trusting her. (They operate from a storage room in 612 w Ferguson Pharr Texas which they closed periodically since they knew I was trying to get my upcoming issue handled) The machine was 180 and it started twisting and wrapping the clothing around the middle object. The water was not draining. I ended up calling, but Perla said she was not at work and that would get me the main ladies' number. She never returned my call. From that point on each time, I would call she would either hang up or not answer at all. I had to call Pharr PD to pick up a report because their Ferguson location was closed. I messaged Perla stating that I notified law enforcement and no answer. It wasn't until I researched her posts on the Market on Facebook that I found out they had an appliance store out of San Juan Texas. The guy who answered admitted that they did operate from Pharr so i visited them here at 217 w 5st Sanjuan It turns out Mary was the one that delivered my machine and was telling me that Perla was no longer affiliated with them. I tell her the issue, she tells me to bring it by. Then she tries to persuade me that they'll fix that hunk of scrap. I had a hard time, but I was able to have her exchange it for another back at the Pharr place. Meantime. Keep in mind i still had to deliver my washer back. It's funny how in their San Juan location they have a large number of washers but Mary kept stating she didn't have merchandise coming in. I would avoid this place if you want to avoid faulty equipment, bad customer service, and a big waste of time.
