We're very lucky to have a high quality organic Health food shop like Hanley Organics in Ledbury. The quality of produce, freshly made quiches, cakes etc are delicious. I have nothing but praise for the team who worked so hard to keep the shop open in this very difficult time. I'm told you could ring, order, pay & collect which is brilliant to avoid waiting a while due to social distancing. Well done team. x

Great local organic shop in wonderful Ledbury
Interesting to see that someone on here has commented on the condescending attitude of the staff as the staff at their Apothecary shop also have attitude with a capital A. Must be company policy! They're not actually rude - that would allow a customer to retaliate - but it is all in the patronising, condescending attitude. Also, whilst I know that masks aren't compulsory for shop assistants, when I am wearing a mask for the protection of others, I object to an assistant leaning over the counter to serve me, with NO reciprocal consideration. No plastic screen, no visor, no mask - NO protection for customers whatsoever! AND even though many shops now refuse to take cash due to the risk of infection, the Apothecary shop refused to accept my card payment for the pain relieving item which was urgently needed. So as I had no cash with me, I had to buy another item in order to exceed their card limit. I won't be shopping there again!
good selection of organic foods, but pricey
