Unfortunately the car body was still covered in birds muck and grime on the windows. I asked them to finish the clean and they refused and would not give me back my keys and demanded that I pay the full amount for what they had done. I was so upset, the issues with the clean could have been easily corrected but they were incredibly unprofessional and the discussion got heated. Very unpleasant experience, I would not recommend.
