I have been going to Hand and Stone massage and facial spa for almost a year now and it has been nothing but pleasant. The staff members are very welcoming, the environment has a positive vibe and they provide overall great services to their clients. I would recommend anyone to go there for peace of mind and relaxation.

I wouldn't go back for a facial. It feels very corporate and they just want you to upgrade your already paid for 80 facial. I would rather go to an unknown spa for a 40 Groupon next time, which I have done in the past and have received much better treatment. She literally just painted on three different masks waited for them to dry (didn't do any arm/neck/head massages in the meantime), that was the entire facial. In addition, the corner of my eye has been red and tearing every since.
I used to work for these people as a receptionist & the job alone I loved. The pay was not enough to live off of, but the job was super easy if you simply did it right and payed attention during training. The staff on the other hand? is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. No one praises you for doing well other than with the cheap bonus they give you to make you fake feel special about literally just doing your job, they only focus on your negatives. Everyone acts like they’re still in highschool because all they do is gossip about each other and plot on each others downfall. That’s literally how I lost my job someone simply just had to tell the manager about something I was NOT doing and they didn’t even ask me first, they just fired me! I do NOT recommend working here. As a receptionist or anything else. I worked my butt off to be good at this job, and no one ever appreciated it. In the end, a lot of people who shouldn’t have been fired lost their jobs. Also people deserve to be paid more to deal with the horrible people they had to deal with, both customers AND staff.
I received a facial by Natalie today and it was one of the best experiences ever. I have acne and she made me feel super comfortable and gave me some good tips to help me with my acne problem. I will definitely be coming back and getting my facials done by her! Thank you!
