I went to the Edgewater location for the first time a month ago. The massage was fantastic. After my massage the nice receptionist tried to interest me in a membership. I was dismissive of the idea, but took a brochure. I was able to leave freely without being harassed. I didn't receive any pesky calls/emails about membership (as opposed to the experience I had w the Hand and Stone in Manhattan. They are pushy about membership) . Two weeks later, because of Edgewaters gentle approach, I signed up for membership and I am very happy with my purchase. Now I am guaranteed one massage a month for 74 and another at my discretion with membership pricing. No more excuses about not having enough time to pamper myself because I get a monthly invoice. Now I have massages scheduled once every 2 weeks. Taking care of my body is worth 140 a month (tip additional), and the accountability of membership helps me stick to my regime of relaxation. Membership is excellent for a person who is always on the go (busy career, kids, jet-setter, etc) and needs to reinforce deep self care. 5 stars

Third time is a charm! Signed up when I was in Houston and didn't have much luck in Edgewater, NJ until my third visit. Bianca was absolutely amazing! Glad to finally have found someone here that I can come back to every month. Highly recommend requesting her!

I went to the location in Edgewater, NJ and it was very nice, clean and quite. Front Service was great & speedy and the massage was amazing and very effective. I will definitely be going back, maybe become a member.

Beware! I cancelled my account months ago, went in person signed all the things and even spoke with a manager but am still being charged! Clearly they treat their membership as a scam to continue to charge folks. I called and there is no apology, or anything along those lines which is crazy, basic customer service is to acknowledge the error and apologize. Do not recommend, what an unprofessional organization.

Last week, I went to Hand and Stone - Edgewater for the first time. It was amazing. I did a couples massage. They asked for focus areas, they adjusted the pressure as they worked. It was clean and sanitized. I will definitely be going back. They also ensured to communicate via phone, email and text the day before and the day of.
