Great fish and chips. Food ready for collection on time. Very well priced as food is excellent. Parking is an issue but worth going there for a takeaway. Not used the restaurant yet. Staff are f and chatty.
Every time we come to Torquay we visit Babbacombe and Hanburys is a must. It is the closest Fish and Chip shop to the Downs and the beach. The fish (cod) is awesome the batter fresh and the chips tasty. I love the quality of the food here. Partner also says the plaice is great too. I had to wait for the fish to be cooked but that is how it should be. They now do ales too which I purchased and will update review once tried. The fish is the most expensive in Babbacombe vs other chip shops but like I said it is the closeat to the beach and downs and you pay a little extra. Without doubt its quality cannot be faulted at all. Awesome everytime!!!!!!
Best fish and chips in the area! We had the royal fish - was nice to have a change!
Beautiful place to enjoy your MEAL perfectly cooked and presented really well everything cooked spot on I recommend hanbury's to everybody all ages will enjoy and the tables and decor are brilliant and the staff totally pleasant
