Absolutely love Hanami Express. We always have the best service and the sushi is so good. I've never had a bad meal here! I'm so glad we have a sushi place close to home in austintown.
The Imperial chicken lunch special was Delicious! The portion size was perfect for myself. You get what you pay for as far as price goes. It was inexpensive on top of tasty! And quality of the grub was fresh and Savor-full! Not a negative thing to say about my visit to Hanami Express. Well done all around. Also, the young lady at the pick up window did a tremendous job at making sure we had received everything we needed. She made our first visit memorable and we shall be back thanks to her outstanding charisma as well!
Was told ready in 20 min. I arrived when I was told then was told \its being boxed up park and we will bring it out\... 20 more minutes passed I had to walk in and ask for a refund and my food was just sitting there. Disappointing. BUT the following day I received a phone call from the owner who was very nice and apologetic and upset this happened. I feel the food here is the best in the area as far as Asian pickup is concerned and while this visit was not good service-wise the food was excellent and the effort by the owner to follow up was much appreciated .
