Hobbled in & walked out! Having damaged my back two days earlier I rang to book an appointment & was given a Saturday slot as this was quite late on a Friday. I saw Mark who was very professional & polite, his manner put me at ease straightaway. This is the second time in a few years that I've needed some treatment through careless lifting at work & both times I noticed an immediate improvement, so much so that I didn't require any further visits. With regard to further visits, there was no attempt to 'sell' me further appointments which may not be needed with the decision left to me according to how I felt in the next few days. If, like me in the past, you damage your back & think 'I'll soldier on, it will get better', think again...these guys are very much worth a visit straightaway. K.W, Hamworthy.
