Located inside the Sainsbury's store, go in the main doors and turn right and it's at the end, tucked away in a corner. A small store but they are big on customer service. Attended a eye test today. The optician was very thorough; lots of tests and time was taken to ensure things were right. The next lady spoke in a nice clear voice and faced me the whole time when explaining things which was very helpful as I didn't have my hearing aids in. Going back in two weeks to collect my new glasses. Overall great service and very understanding staff, would recommend this Specsavers store to anyone.

Awful customer service. A couple of months ago I got a pair of glasses with them, I didn’t find them particularly friendly or helpful. Now I need another pair and even though I have filled in the form they have on line three times to contact me to arrange for another pair glasses nobody has called me. Thanks very much but I got my new glasses with Boots, you have lost a customer forever.

Very good experience in this outlet. The optician was extremely thorough and explained everything very clearly. The test was carried out with a number of machines and manually as well, and there was no pressure in terms of time (as there has been in other chains). Really reccomend it. Even the staff that receives customers is very professional and pleasant and all measures about distancing etc (in these complicated times) seemed to be adhered to, without cutting corners. Was seen dead on time and left fully satisfied. Thumbs up for this branch of Specsavers (inside the Sainsbury's store)

Friendly, caring and professional Audiologist Omar took time and care in examine my ears and explained the procedure to remove the ear wax. Omar carried out the procedure with great care. It is a joy to be able to hear again! Thank you Omar! Recommended. ____________________________________ Excellent optician Aisha checked my eyes without making me feel rushed. Aisha took great care with each test as well as listening to me and answering my questions. Support staff were also most helpful with choosing frames and aftercare. Recommended.
