We were so relieved to find Hampton House for the care of our Grandmother, Mary. Her health and mood improved and she started to “live” again. She was well looked after by the kind, friendly and professional team. She enjoyed the warm, comfortable and beautifully furnished facilities. She loved her bedroom, and her weekly visit to the on site Hairdressing Salon. She enjoyed the delicious food and gained weight - which was a relief. She made new friends and joined in the homes activities, when it suited her. Hampton House were able to care for Mary, until the end of her life, in a calm, managed and dignified manner. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and I highly recommend.

My father has been here since March 2019 and it's been a great experience for him. I personally visited many other homes in the Cheltenham area and was not impressed with any of them. Then I found Hampton House. It's a lovely home, modern, clean with very friendly staff. I've joked with my friends that I would happily stay here if it was a hotel. My Dad has been well looked after, with dignity, and he's settled in well. In fact, 9 months on his health seems better than when he first moved in - speaks to the relaxing, calm and friendly environment. So no complaints here and I would recommend it to others.
One of the hardest things to do is to move a parent from their home into a place where someone else cares for them. Hampton House made this transition so comfortable. I will always remember the moment we arrived and were welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits. A simple gesture, but one that went a long way. Hampton House is wonderful. Welcoming, professional staff, a lovely warm atmosphere, good food, lots of activities if you want them... or privacy if you don't. I fully recommend Hampton House!
Hampton House has been home to my mother for the past four years and has provided excellent care in every way. The continuity of the carers is one of the main benefits - some of whom have been there longer than my mother. They are genuinely kind and helpful. The decoration, furnishings and standard of hygiene are absolutely first class. Ros and Tony are always on hand to help with anything at all. I recommend unreservedly, as would my mother!
The care for my aunt at Hampton House is outstanding. I know that she is comfortable, happy and treated with respect. The building is beautiful and all the hardworking staff clearly take pride in caring for it and the residents who consider this home. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and happy. I simply couldn't ask for more.
