Haven't been there for a while but seems to be under new ownership... Great friendly service, reasonably priced and a good menu choice. Will definitely be going again. Also open later than most take aways these days.

Great fish and chip shop. Some parking available nearby but watch out for the bus stop. Please call in advance and remember your face covering. Their queueing system is basic chaos so try to avoid 7pm on a Friday. The staff do their best to be friendly but can show signs of stress. Be kind to them. Cards accepted for orders of. 5 and over.
Decent food and well priced, however older member of staff wearing face mask under chin when preparing food and talking to customers... Its compulsory to wear a mask (over your nose and mouth). Made us both feel very uneasy and won't be returning for this reason.
Popped in for some cod, was told it would be 15 minutes, ended up being over 1 hour! No apology. Ended up with a refund Not sure why cod & chips should take 1 hour! They are being to greedy and accepting too many phone & deliveroo orders. There are lots of disgruntled customers standing outside in the cold! Never again!
Fish and chips good quality as well as service. That slice of a lemon was a nice touch
