Hampstead roofing were an absolute pleasure to work with. Steven Dickinson went above and beyond to help me understand the issue with my roof and how best to repair it, in the most cost effective manner. He was honest, personable and thorough sending videos explains the issues with the roof so I could best understand, and explaining with visuals what he would do to repair it. My builder is carrying out a loft conversion for me and the cold roof design has been used due to limited space. I have some questions about the cold roof design. As it is very easy to get wrong with cold roof, I searched information online. I found some very useful roof videos from Steven in Youtube. I contacted Steven directly via email with some of my loft conversion photos. Steven kindly replied to me promptly. He made a video for me and went through my questions in details and offer some fantastic advices. He is so professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I really appreciate his kind advice. Having looked at Steven's videos on roofing I was impressed with his delivery and knowledge. I phoned him to ask his advice on my flat roof situation, he was unbelievably helpful. Not only did he ask me to sent pictures he analysed them and created a video for me with commentary on how he would best tackle the problems. He responded quickly with at least four advisory emails, with links that made it easy for me to find the products he suggested and included discount code for me to use. He than went on to give a rough guide as the cost of the work. Unfortunately I don't live near London or I would have employed him to do the project. Still he gave his time and knowledge free. Amazing, what a great guy, would thoroughly recommend. Very educational and professional. Than you Steven.
