Experts in giving excuses for thin watery ice Capp. Staff doesn’t value your money. Always worry about whose behind. Don’t have sanitisers for customer during this pandemic. Don’t consider to wash their hands before start preparing your order or after cleaning the floor.

Would give -100 stars if possible The service is atrocious. Very slow service, very rude staff. When you order food it will be made incorrectly 90% of the time. If you take it back to get it made the way you ordered it they will give you a hard time about it. Today I went in and used the kiosk to order my drink, after waiting until 3 line ups had come and gone someone finally asked what I'm waiting for and I said "my kiosk order that's right there on the screen" then they finally made my order. I asked what's the point in using the kiosk if you dont make the orders until we come to the counter to remind you. Per person working gave me some BS answer that they don't always follow what on the mobile order screen and lots or times they miss stuff. I said that doesnt seem very effecient people expect mobile ordering to be fast and if you frequently miss orders how can it be fast? The employee ignored me completely and just went on doing something else.....like if you hate talking to customers that much then quit. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
