The most bizarre customer service I have ever experienced, I walked in this morning and the lady didn't even acknowledge us it was almost an inconvenience to have us there. Extremely unhelpful and to be honest a lack of choice. Didn't want to take my order as they aren't taking November orders right now. Very strange I don't fancy ordering 12 days before my event to much can go wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.

Waited around 15 minutes for someone to come from the back to help us. The sign outside says Kilt Hire was available but we were told this is no longer a service provided by the store. Poor customer service
