Mmm they change the name every year? Why? Beacuse people stab each other at this location on a regular basis. I was assaulted on my birthday here with a butterfly knife. I can now no longer use my left arm correctly. Avoid Hess unless you love lots of jumping people with bludgeon items, and single mothers to meet; intoxicated, dressed like cheap women.
