I got in touch with Sustain Energy for ventilations system after talking to HRV and DVS. Reason I choose Sustain over other brands was their honest communication. They under promised and over delivered. My house feels so different after installing ventilation system, I’m loving it. After ventilation I got insulation done by them and also recommended them to my friends. I will highly recommend Shakti and his team.

Very very disappointed. We trusted sustain energy solutions to complete a quality job. We left them to enter our rental property to get it to the healthy home standard before our tenant moved in. We went to the house a couple of months later prior to tenant moving in, and they are left holes in the roof where they had evidently stepped when putting the insulation in the roof. Accidents happen, but what I do not respect is the fact they DID NOT tell us: when I called to leave a message to express my concerns they DID NOT return my call. It was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Sustain Energy Solutions is one of the best company I have ever dealt with. Whole team was really impressive. I was given a great deal on price and their team made the whole experience very easy . I can feel the difference in my house pretty much straightaway. I always had an issue with my house being really cold in winters, hopefully that wont happen anymore. Well done to whole team. I would highly recommend SES to anyone.

After contacting SES through the website i received a call and booked an appointment, I arranged time off work but they failed to show , no courtesy text/phone call to let me know they might be running late or just could not make it or any follow up over the next days to explain or to arrange for another time, i waited an hour, i know we all have them days but your could at least of followed up to rearrange etc In response to owners reply: you already have my details as i am the one who's 10am appointment you missed, i would like to think that you don't have too many customers in this situation so i should be easy to find in your system,

Hi Preet. I don't appreciate being harassed daily for payment from the day BEFORE the installation was even carried out, and within the 7 day payment term which is stated on your invoice. Furthermore I was particularly unimpressed with your installers lack of timely communication regarding the scheduled installation date of Monday Sept 13. Despite stating a start time of 7:30 am we were not contacted until the installers were scheduled to be onsite to rescheduled. To compound this annoyance, having rescheduled for 12:30pm the same day the installers simply failed to arrive for the second time. On contacting them we were told this the installation had been delayed unti Wednesday, though nobody had bothered to mention it to us. This was a major inconvenience for our tenant who had specifically scheduled to be available at the property on the agreed date so that the installation could take place, and now was faced with the same inconvenience on Wednesday. The following day I was surprised to receive your invoice as the work had not yet been carried out. Once the work was finally completed and approved the payment was scheduled in our next payment run at the end of the week, within the terms stated on your invoice. To then be emailed every day, including on the Monday after the payment was made and was in your account was unnecessary, unprofessional, and rude. 2/5 stars. The job was eventually done well enough and pictures provided however but the lack of organisation, and pathetic attempt at bully tactics which did not correspond to the expectations that YOU ESTABLISHED means I won't be using or recommending your business in future. (yes this is also your google review)
