We bought our house in The Doward at the end of summer last year through Hamilton Stiller and had a great experience, we've been here nearly 6 months now and are very happy. Maria was our primary contact, wonderful to deal with, but both Andrew and Patrick who we also spoke with were very helpful. We would recommend Hamilton Stiller to purchase through and would also consider selling with them also, if/when the time comes.

Maria and all staff very helpful. many prospective customers shown round. We had an offer which was accepted just as lockdown started then there was a long delay but Maria kept us and purchaser informed and we have just completed successfully. Could not ask for more
From meeting Maria at Hamilton Stiller for the first time I felt confident this company would fulfil their promises and commitment. I was not wrong. The entire process of marketing and promoting my property, despite the very difficult problems brought on by COVID 19, was taken out of my hands and dealt with, with professionalism and empathy. I would recommend everybody to use this company as all members of the business, from the owner to all staff members were efficient and thoughtful at all times and I thank them all for all their patience and hard work.
We didn’t have a very good experience when offering on a property with Hamilton Stiller. We felt very patronized and at times, belittled by Patrick. After our solicitors revealed there were going to be 18 new builds built directly opposite the house, we lowered our offer based on what we thought was fair. This was rejected. And in response to the incorrect accusation the director has made towards me, this is absolutely not true. I have had this email account since before I was married, of course.
Finally got through to the office to discuss a property I had messaged about several hours earlier, only to be advised that the information sated in the write up was incorrect. What a waste of my time and theirs! To top it off the women I spoke to became extremely ill mannered and rude when I politely advised that I wouldn't proceed further following clarity of some of the properties features. She became extremely formal, calling me \madame\ - even though she'd trust taken my name and contact details - and swiftly ended the call not allowing me a work in edge-ways to inquire as to whether they had anything else which may be more suitable. I wouldn't list a property with them; they have no drive to sell, as they should have been keen to offer or add me to the mailing list but all she wanted was to get me off the phone. Poor show and unprofessional! And just for note, I used to be an estate agent and would dream of having such an attitude.
