Don't trust them with your lamination projects. They'll ruin them and fail to offer any proper fix. I submitted a large project at the Upper Wentworth location that had to be done at the Center Mall location because they had the better equipment. I wont harp on the fact that the instructions I gave weren't followed because there's a decent chance the original location never even passed them on. What I have given this review based on is the fact that the location that processed the lamination (this location) managed to trim too closely to the cardstock, exposing it (which voids lamination to begin with), placed several pieces too closed together (which means I'd end up exposing the cardstock after cutting the pieces apart), and also cut straight through several pieces that were laminated, ruining them. There was also hairs laminated into some of the pieces, and there are pieces are missing.

My husband was looking for a comfortable office chair. Paulo came to our assistance, he was patient (we are retirees), showed us all the chairs, acquired necessary information...due to his help we bought a 250 chair. He placed the order on line for us, arranged delivery, etc. Very satisfied.
