This store has an extremely strong perfume scent to it. It is so strong that it smells in the hallway of the malls. Artificial fragrances aren’t healthy anyways. You would attract more customers if you cut down on the perfume smells. Natural products are becoming more and more in demand. The future is going to be natural. I personally don’t enjoy going anyway near this store because of the strong ingredients used in some products and especially perfume.

Small Sephora, good selection of cosmetics. They don't have some high end products as Gerlain that there are in other bigger Sephoras, but that is okay. Here you will find Fenty Beauty, Nars, Anastacia, Melt, Too Faced.... soooooo you'll be okay navigating their aisles Customer service is good, girls are attentive and nice. The store is clean and organized. Music is lovely, good experience overall.
One star for range of products, one star for returns and exchanges policy, and one star for carrying Selena Gomez's line, Rare Beauty (really great make-up!). Can't give stars for customer service though. It's inconsistent depending on who is working, so I never know if I'm going to get someone helpful or if I'm going to get someone who either ignores me or can't be bothered to walk me over to a product but just vaguely points me in the general direction. Can't give stars for staff having good product knowledge either. It's all about the sale and not about what's suitable for the customer, it seems. They'll just say whatever they think you want to hear. I've tested this out by asking questions then changing my mind and they change their answers to suit what I'm saying. Not very honest this way so it's best to do your own research and know what you want before you go.
WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I went in looking for specific skin care products and i spoke with Cyndy their Skin care specialist and she told me i didn't need those products i was looking for. Rather ones that will actually benefit my skin. I have been using the products for 1 week and my skin has never been better! Thank you Cyndy you are amazing, i love you!! Best experience ever and she showed me very affordable prices so we did not break the bank ladies and gentlemen. side note: i went in today (a week later) she remember me and asked how my skin was doing.
I received instant service, professional and courteous and very helpful with great suggestions. And this wonderful associate did an online order for me as well. Very fast and efficient! Thank you Sephora, I'll be back!
I tried calling ahead to ensure my in store reservation would be ready, no one answered the phone. When I arrived at Sephora the man at the door told me to see an associate to have my order brought out to me. I approached 2 staff members standing together talking and showed them my barcode so I could purchase my items and leave as I did not want to be standing around in a packed store during a pandemic. They told me they were too busy and that I would have to line up with the other people to make my purchase. Why offer in-store reservation if you won't honour it?
I'm disappointed I never got her name but I finally went into this Sephora after only purchasing my skin care online from them. An employee took the time to show me where it is on the store, go through the new products from the brand and even show me a sister company to the brand as well. She explained what should be used and how to use. Spent a good 10 minutes with me. I always felt intimidated by the store because I don't where make up, only use the skin care there. I felt totally comfortable, and everyone there was extremely kind. Stay safe everyone!
