I must say that The Sampson Group are all that I have shown . Both my 2001 BMW Roadster and 2015 Toyota Venza have been well taken care of . Last week my AIR went on me and after purchasing a Tin of Freon , I took it to Kevin Sampson and within 10 minutes I had cold air circulating in my car . As well , when my Battery went on my BEAMER , Sampson Transmission was there for me , even coming to my home to install a NEW BATTERY . YES , I recommend this company with 5 STARS , out of 5 .

It was okay, I didn't know what to expect from them as I had never been there before, they took my car for a quick spin then told me there were four problems but when the guy was explaining them to me I had zero clue what he was talking about, I asked him to write down the four problems so I could take it home with me and research everything myself, I barely know what a transmission does and I know mine needs work. I don't see myself returning to the Upper James location. The guy wrote down a bunch of number codes, what am I supposed to do with that?
