Came here once on a chilly Saturday afternoon in November 2019, and instantly fell in love with the place. Quaint, laid back atmosphere, great food, excellent customer service, generous abundance of natural light, and an interesting assortment of books and games to explore at your leisure. Thanks Red Crow for making my first trip to the Hammer so special! Definitely returning once this pandemic is over!

Every time I drop in the service is warm and friendly, the hot drinks are divine and so are the paninis. It’s hard to find parking, so walk or cycle over instead. The boast about the hand drawn espresso is not an overstatement. Delicious!
I went here with my mommy and daddy and big sister and really loved the big friendly dog Casper and nice man who served us. Although I don’t have teeth yet and can’t eat anything other than mommy’s milk I could tell they liked their food and hot drinks. Thank you!
Stopped by here during my morning walk with a friend and my dog. We saw someone pass us with a coffee cup and asked where she got it and she pointed us to the cafe. There was no one in there when I went in which was great for me. The barista was super friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary water dispenser and I asked for a paper cup so I could get water for my dog, might seem like a small gesture but it meant a lot to me and I always say it’s the smallest things that make the biggest different. Not all places are happy to do that. The cafe was clean, neat and cozy. I will definitely be going back to have my coffee to stay.
Amazing coffee, food and service! The person who helped me was very friendly and even made my food before the coffee so the coffee didn't get cold! Be warned that they take cash only. Very nice and cozy interior as well. Will be returning!
Fantastic food and coffee. Service is always great and the price is good. Perfect spot for brunch or a quick bite.
Amazing place. It's a place you go to read a book or catch up with friends. The prices are excellent and not overpriced like a lot of coffee shops. The food is excellent and the girl by the counter welcomed us with so much warmth that I will be a regular at this place.
