Purolator is by far a top quality carrier I having been using them for many years and have never had a problem that could not be resolved by there very professional staff. There are many carriers available and most are good choices, but my experiences with Purolator has always influenced my decision on what carrier to entrust my packages with. I would highly recommend Purolator Courier for your time sensitive shipments since I don't recall ever having a problem using Purolator for my shipments. Purolator Courier is in my opinion a trusted carrier that you should considered for your time sensitive shipping needs.

The employee was rude and unprofessional. She made me wait out in snow in a bloody snowstorm for a pickup when my gf was the only one inside the store when the limit was 2 customers. When i saw the package i came inside to handle the package since it was too heavy and my gf has broken wrist, upon entering she yelled at me and said have i asked you to come inside better wait outside or leave Worst customer service ever
