This used to be a good clinic but with new management they have pressured the staff to work harder and faster making patient's care suffer. When I go to physiotherapy I expect one on one care and attention from the professional not for them to be distracted with an over booked schedule. I also found it frustrating sometimes that they are only open 3 days a week.

They got me down the aisle - enough said! I broke my leg 3.5 months before my wedding and the physiotherapists worked with me to make sure I could walk by my wedding. In only a month, they had me off crutches and walking confidently again. The staff are knowledge, supportive, and encouraging and I highly recommend Performance Physio.
This clinic provides has the friendliest & most genuine staff. It is evident through their attitudes, professionalism, and ability to make me crack a smile or laugh out loud when they are working my sorest spots. I worked mainly with Marco, which was excellent because my issue was my knee and he has a wealth of knowledge to pull from as he works with athletes who depend on their knees. He pushed me to train harder and keep challenging myself. I actually wished I could keep going after I graduated. Jennifer makes me feel welcome, she is an excellent listener, problem solver and made me feel good every time I talked to her. Shannon was my massage therapist, and I swear that girl can turn me into a puddle of relaxed and rejuvenated jelly in 30 minutes. If you remember, ask Marco about his knowledge of the Star Wars franchise. Thanks to the entire team! Mackenzie, you are also awesome and really helped me to understand what was going on under my knee cap, how the tissues connected and why it was so painful.
I started physio when my mobility became severely limited. Thanks to Marco and Mackenzie I have been steadily improving. All the staff are very friendly and the administration staff efficiently take care of my insurance needs. Thank you team!!
From the front desk you are greeted with professionalism by JEN. She is knowledgeable and also understanding of a clients needs . Mackenzie knows and uses her knowledge to help you physically maintain and restore your body to the best of your potential .She is an ambassador in the field of physiotherapy. Marco also makes up the team to help you on your journey of physical wellness ... thank you to a wonderful team..
