They never stop doing construction. Its loud all day sometimes starting very early. The elevators never all work at the same time and there has been a stabbing and someone attempt to jump off the 8th floor. Its freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer without a large AC. The walls are thin and you can hear regular conversations from your neighbors.... not for families

Very well run. Safe, secure. I will be able to leave my children alone and anyone buzzes up comes right to my cell phone. Tons of fun things to do outside. Lots of children. Nice and clean.
Great space to hold an event and super friendly staff every time!
Never seen a building like this. 2 story apartments. It's like houses in a building. Really neat, good for kids.
