I had multiples of two keys copied. One key worked perfectly, whereas the second non at all. I did not have a receipt emailed for the nonworking key unfortunately.
This is the second time I have used this automated key making service. And all the keys I have made this way work perfectly which is more than I can say for the big box stores that make them in person. I would not hesitate to use the service again.

Look for a green machine near the checkout in Walmart. It's next to an ATM. The machine gives fairly good step by step instructions. You can get your basic key for 4 or pay an extra 1 or so for a Canada flag or Blue Jays key. The process is fairly quick and there's a window in the machine so you can watch it do its work. The key worked flawlessly!

In the Walmart on Upper James next to Customer Service, for those confused like me. Just got some keys cut there, 3.99 for a basic key, buy 2 get 1 free. Takes a couple minutes to duplicate em, but nice and straightforward.
It was easy, quick and great value.
