A good place for hanging out as there is a huge lounge space. I have had their catered lunches and are rather decent.

Had lunch here today and was very impressed with the menu and price. Had a small bowl of soup and a sandwich for under 12 dollars and they have specials for less. Great price for a nice lunch. This cafe is located on the first floor of the McMaster health building on the corner of King and Bay. Very clean and spacious with comfortable seating a helpful and friendly staff. Restrooms avaiable.

Great little cafe in downtown Hamilton. It seems like a bit of a hidden gem. Delicious food and very quiet atmosphere as it's also connected to a medical building and part of Mac. There is plenty of seating, bright lighting, and I don't feel rushed to move on. I would highly recommend this place for lunch if you're in the area.
