Was deceived by the salesman, he broke my phone otter case, and had me pay a additional 20. from the agreed price then handed me a phone with a broken case. When confronted he denied it was him, it was someone else in the store it was broken when I came in . Bottom line is deceitful practices are at work at this company and SOME of the staff are not to be trusted. The amount is small 20. But the actions of this employee are huge and tell a story.
