I visited the Ken Auto very first time and I am really please and honoured to put down few words appreciating Ken Auto customer care, service and trust. I met with the manager Jetmir and later day his Brother and Dad they are amazing guys. And I bought my first car from them because I felt they care for their customer and understanding.
Good and honest. Others have thier's opinions. Good labour price. Get the parts and ask them for labour much better.
Avoid at any cost, dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. My car broke down, towed it to their shop and was desperate to get the car fixed. After service, they refused to provide a bill for the car service ( labor cost and spare parts) and sold me a spare part at almost double the price. They-of course- insisted to take cash only. When I checked with a certified autoparts shop, I realised the overpricing they did. Will never deal with them again, please avoid them unless you want to be ripped off. Don't fall for the positive reviews you may come across!!
