Staff was quite friendly, their breakfast spread was nice. My main issue was the lack of hot water at time of check in and the lack of response from management. We were told the hot water would return the next day, once we were informed that there would be no hot water for another 24 hours, we checked out. There was no discount given and management was quite rude. Will not be going back ever!

One of the three lamps in my room didn't work, the TV had no remote, and they could only bring us one extra pillow - the only spare pillow in the whole hotel, they told me. The room walls were thin and I could hear the other guests talking and going to the bathroom. The hotel is very run down and not in the nicest part of town, but my king-sized mattress was comfy and I slept well enough. Next time I'm in town I'll spend the extra 20 for a more hospitable place.
Got stuck here because everything else nearby was booked. One of the dirtiest and most rundown hotel rooms I have stayed in (That includes Hostels in Eastern Europe!!). Room was Non-Smoking but stunk like cigarettes, dirty carpets, walls, bathroom, etc. Front desk employee was nice enough and helpful. Just a very rundown hotel, management needs to put some money into this place if they want to justify even the meager 60 per night they charge.
Hotel clerk was an emotionless robot lacking of humor or any human characteristics what so ever. Unsure what his name was but he is the flat faced ginger. The hotel room smells like damp kitten farts

The guy at the front desk seemed competent, and they gave us a discount when they misplaced our room and gave us a complimentary cot to make up for the lack of a secondary bed. Surfaces were clean, the carpets less so and the shower head was much too low.
