Excellent service on bike enquires. No problem for staff to construct bike and add accessories on the day of collection. Great advice on specific requirements for bike racks . All in all... these guys know their stuff. Reassuring for bike users .

Not helpful. Needed a fuse changed in engine bay and said couldn't do because of covid!? My husband had a bulb changed a day ago at halfords Clydebank!.

Great shop to go to. Have been going here for years for cycling gear and have never had a poor experience. Staff are always beyond helpful at the cycle department.

Whilst on a motorhome/cycling holiday, Kay's crank arm bolt decided to loosen and without a 15mm socket, so remained. I called in to Halfords at Hamilton where Ross explained that they could sort it, but it would be later that day. Kay needed Strava miles instantly, so I asked if I bought the Loctite, new bolt and washer, could I borrow a few tools and do the job myself? \No problem\ said Ross. 10 mins later, off we go to cycle the paths of Chatelherault. Blinking brilliant, cheers Ross.
