I saw the glowing reviews for this place and I noticed this storage had no complaints about cleanliness so I gave it a try. My mom, husband and I were so impressed by how clean and organized everything was. I LOVE that this place is green and that I planted a tree when I moved into my unit! The unit I got was brand new! It was perfect timing when we moved in because a new area was just built (so new that some units weren't ever moved into yet). We realized the next day we needed a bigger storage. It was so easy to move into a new unit (also brand new). The customer service is awesome. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I am so happy about this place. I have never used storage before so choosing a place and having my expectations met above and beyond is wonderful!

I missed an ice fishing trip because of this power outage I know it happens but it took 5 days for me to get into my unit I lost my deposit for my trip and green storage did absolutely nothing about it.
Loved using this facility to store my things while moving. The building is always kept super clean, the staff are always friendly and it is the most secure storage rental I've come across in Hamilton. Highly recommend Green Storage if you are in need.
Moving is stressful enough. Green Storage (and in particular, *this* Green Storage) were absolutely fantastic and made the process much less stressful. The facility is top notch! Clean and well kept. Staff are always puttering away. If not servicing the facility, cleaning all the common spaces and equipment. We rented both a storage locker and mailbox, and visited the facility once every 2-3 weeks over a 5 month period. Staff also accepted deliveries for us while our permanent addresses were in transition. Always communicative. No surprises. Friendly service. Easy access. Special shoutout to Jamie whose customer service is so on-point that I thought she was the owner. People might not think twice about storage but the devil is in the details. Green Storage is 100%!
Green Storage has been exceptional in Service and their staff are extremely polite, helpful and resourceful. I will definitely use them again if/when I need storage in the future. Thank you, as well, for planting a tree for me.
