Had a time-sensitive need for a part that we'd been contemplating for over a year, and after working with the vendor to identify a distributor to work with and having some difficulty, we ended up with Edge 2 Core. They're responsive (sometimes worryingly-so, I think our representative might not sleep!), transparent about pricing, and are great customer advocates. When a couple of months later that expensive part failed, we tried to source a replacement for the piece that had broken, and within a week they had a whole new unit out to us. Won't hesitate to use them for purchases from the same vendor in the future, and are considering what else we might be able to move over to them longer term.

Great vendor! Helped me select a NAS for one of my clients that had an Enterprise class feature that I needed (ZFS) without the flaky software I've come to expect from most of the Chinese and Taiwanese manufacturers. Best of all, it was also without the steep price tag you would expect for quality.
