I went in for data recovery after getting black screen, and he worked with my specific demands, even getting into passworded folders tied to my old system. No sketchy "leave your pc overnight" -- everything is done with you there if you want. If you don't have access to an extra pc with the capabilities to let you do it yourself, don't have the time, or don't know how, I would strongly recommend this service.
