Giving the rating here because my unit at the Foothills project is still missing the 2 concrete steps from the kitchen to the backyard, 2 YEARS after closing. Despite 10 e-mails and 10 phone call attempts with the office and New Home Warranty Manager, Corey Beaudoin, no resolution and no reply. Mr. Tony and Anthony DiCenzo, whom I had the pleasure of meeting at point of sale, I sincerely hope you get the chance to read this as your staff does not allow us to communicate with you directly. Thanks.

I'm in the real estate industry as a realtor with Sutton. I occasionally will show a dicenzo home when a buyer is interested in a new build, i would say their Quality is excellent, definitely top tier, particularly compared to some mass builders. would recommend
Unable to contact them regarding an unsafe building site. Children are able to enter their construction site and play on site after hours.

As a framing carpenter that has worked for Dicenzo I warn people not to buy from them. Their quality is terrible and all their employees are incompetent.
This was our first purchase from DiCenzo homes. The quality and craftsmanship has been excellent - and any items to be remediate after closing are promptly addressed. Tricia the sales manager looked after us from the point of sale to closing and was very understanding and cooperative in the whole process. Kerri the decor design coordinator was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the decor selection and upgrade process. We are very happy with the selections she helped to pick. Aga the Client Care Manager really goes out of her way to make sure homeowners’ needs and requests are responded to in a friendly, timely and professional manner. I know I can count on her to get things done and done once! Thanks to the DiCenzo team for making our home purchase and ownership a pleasant experience!
Dicenzo home is a small builder, which only owns the land and then wanted to make more money but without a stable team. Staffs changeover is huge. Just image you need to deal with a rude lawyer for any problem you find in pre-delivery inspection: many things missing like AC, central vacuum equipment , lamps, etc... Stay away any new homes built by this builder, or you will face endless stress...delay.... substandard quality in repairs, or even legal cases, unless you are a lawyer yourself and have sufficient time to deal with Dicenzo. Most important: they subcontract everything to small companies and there is no monitoring of their quality...
