We moved into a new home, only to realize that the air filtration system we thought we had wasn't operational at all. We were referred to Derek at D.A.D. with great feedback, and he visited our home within 24 hours to provide a free estimate. During the estimate, he was very friendly, knowledgeable about the issues with our HVAC system, offered a variety of solutions to our problem (with no pressure), and even recommended several other improvements to our system to improve overall efficiency. After we decided on the filtration system we wanted, Derek and his partner returned within a few days with the equipment, went to great lengths to keep our home clean, and took all the necessary precautions given the pandemic. They installed our new air purifier, repaired our existing humidifier, replaced the entire boot and elbow to make it slimmer and to give us more space around our nearby hot water heater. They then repaired minor flaws in other parts of the HVAC system and did a proper maintenance free-of-charge. They left our furnace room cleaner than when they arrived and they really seemed to have fun working together. It's now been about 2.5 months since they installed the system, and everything is working perfectly. My wife with asthma has no complaints and neither do I. I highly recommend these guys.

I contacted Derek to fix my furnace that wasn’t working properly. He was at my place within 30 minutes...talk about quick response!!! He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour (while going out to get the parts). He was professional and knowledgeable. He understood the urgency of the situation knowing we had 2 young kids in the house (temp -17). I will always use D.A.D. HVAC for any issues in the future. A great company...if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
I'm a very very satisfied client. This is very reliable and honest service. I called D.A.D. Hvac services when my furnace stop working. Derek was at the house couple hours after my call. He had to look for a part to fix the furnace and go get it...all in a pandemic. By 4pm my furnace was clean and working. Best service I got in a long time. I will recommend Derek and the company to all people I know. Great job!!!!!
I had the guys from D.A.D. come out to move an air return vent, re-route some duct work and do some general maintenance on my furnace. They showed up on time, explained exactly what needed to be done and what my options were. They were knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend their services to anyone!
