Normally a good shopping experience but the new system to click and collect doesn't work. Order reference must be in lower case but its emailed in upper case. No staff around to tell you this, no contact number to ask for shop staff assistance so you have to bang the door making a public spectacle of yourself just to retrieve items you have paid for. Maybe a simpler system could be employed where you tell staff member order reference, revolutionary i know but it has historical evidence that it works.

Good range. Staff pleasant. Bought a laptop had an issue with setting up an email account. Phones and told to bring it in and they would help. Manager immediately told me he couldn’t help as I hadn’t taken out a care package. When I emphasised I was only looking for small bit of support he became very abrupt and aggressive that I had questioned him. I see from other reviews that this is a common theme with the manager at this branch. Won’t be going back.

Don't usually do this. But I was in last weekend for tv advise. I ended up talking to the big guy from Samsung (craig or gregg). He helped me understand the difference in the prices and technology. Great banter, great knowledge and made it feel like I was amongst friends rather than just a business.

Good place for electrical items. Staff seem nice although always quite eager to follow asking if u need help which I find off-putting after the third attempt good prices on most things too
