Looks like Synstone has changed their name to Concrete Cladding System LTD. Well, In 2017 Synstone took a 40,000 deposit for an order of GFRC panels for our project in NYC, and failed to ever deliver any materials and subsequently refused to return the deposit. Once they missed two delivery dates, we started looking at alternative suppliers and learned that at the time Synstone took our deposit, they were in effect out of business. Essentially, they took a deposit from us, knowing that they were unable to deliver any product. This all occurred approx. 3 years ago. The reason I'm writing this review now, is that I noticed their website is still active, and felt compelled to warn people. Synstone is committing fraud and since they are located in Canada, they are praying on customers located in the USA. Be warned. Look at Better Business Bureau also for more complaints of fraud against this company by other customers.
