Chef Gareth is amazing. I just had him cater my mom's funeral. He was patient and kind, helpful and just a lovely man. His food was DELICIOUS and fresh , excellent presentation and our guests gobbled it up and it just absolutely took the worry and stress away from our family so that we could celebrate our mom and not have to worry about food. My Wife went to the Ancaster Lion's Club meeting and brought home her specially made pasta... she's gluten challenged and also has an allergy to onions, garlic, etc. I usually hate gluten free pasta but this was fabulous!!
