I like Chatr and I love my plan. I've been with the company over two years. The reason why it's not five stars is because of these lockdowns there's no luck with finding work. Money is super tight and I with they'd give a decent percentage off for a new phone. I've been without a phone since new years. I wish they'd help loyal customers.

I first went to best buy thinking I'd want to buy a phone for my mom and asked if I could refund the phone in case she doesn't like it and they said yes, I have 14 days. I even checked on the chatr website that as long as I have the receipt and all the materials included with the phone in original packaging then I can return it and get refund within 14 days. I came to this location, bought a phone and my mom didn't like it. I come back the next day after purchasing the phone wanting to do a refund and is told I can only "exchange", refunds are only possible if there was something wrong with the hardware or software. There's people who can barely afford anything and being a full time student, the 70 dollars could've helped me with groceries. What type of BS is this with chatr? If I went to best buy they would've offered me a full refund .. sure the sales people can be nice but at the same time the policies don't even line up with what the actual website guarantees. Honestly, if you want to open up a line with chatr.. best to do it at best Buy or even online / calling. I don't recommend coming to this location.

Guri helped us so much!! I was so stressed and overwhelmed trying to deal with the general Chatr line with NO help- once I was connected with Guri he helped me SOOO MUCH!
