Simply put, the food prepared by Chef Erica was delicious! Having a small wedding during covid meant adjustments had to be made and I believe that she went above and beyond to make it seem as though it was prepared right then for us. The meals were dropped off each day. Every container was clearly labelled, serving dishes provided and labeled and reheating/serving instructions provided. I almost felt like I was an amazing cook! I tried everything she prepared and loved it all. I am trying to figure out another event to have her cater it but in the meantime the next best thing will be to try the cooking classes! Thank you for making the wedding weekend for my son and daughter in law so memorable!

Loved everything about Erica's virtual cooking in Spain. She had everything this you needed to feel like you were in Spain. From a Spanish play list and cocktail recommendation. We had the food package as well, which was awesome. All portioned and high quality ingredients. Erica was very informative and lots of fun. Can't wait to take a trip somewhere else with her.
We’ve worked with Erica multiple times throughout the last few years and every experience has been beyond exceptional. Erica has catered events at our venue and the quality of her food and service is top notch. We've also recently hired Erica to do a virtual cooking class for our 250 members and it was a huge success. She designed a delicious 3-course menu with a full shopping list, and hosted a virtual cooking class so that our members could follow along at home. The cooking class was incredible, and our participants loved it. Erica was equally entertaining and informative, and her infectious personality and passion for food is one of a kind!
What a fabulous bookclub night of learning, sharing and tasting with friends...via zoom....Chef Erica was knowledgeable, informative, entertaining, encouraging and patient with all of us as we macerated our berries, whipped our cream and swirled out our crepes! Looking forward to doing this again, hopefully in person, with her. Thanks for all the tips and tricks along with a new favourite recipe for my repertoire! Cheers to more great experiences together. We have taken multiple classes with Chef Erica at Blend Catering, both in person and virtually. We have been blown away every time with the quality of the food, the lesson content and with Erica's infectious personality. Not only do we always have an incredible time at class, we carry on what we learn into each meal we make at home. Her classes have got us cooking together every night after 10 years of marriage, it is a gift we were so grateful to receive. The amount of food you get for the price of the class alone is worth it, never mind the memories and bonding. Highest recommendation we could possibly give, don't hesitate to book.
