Best experience ever- Buying cars can be a long time consuming process but Akef and Arze Auto made this process seamless for me. I purchased this Lexus350 and it is a amazing car- he was able to get me the best price in the industry and delivered on time. I am only giving 1 star because there is no -10 which the owner (Akif) of the this place deserves. I went there 3 weeks ago because there was a sound in the car. I suspect something with the belt. I went and the owner checked the car and told me its the water pump will cost 350 including labour I said ok after two hours i came and saw the car still. thermostat was damaged during the work I didn’t say anything because it happens i got charged for the thermostat labour 100 and the worst part the sound still there. Turns to be something else not important and the guy didn’t diagnose it right. I didn’t argue with him because he won’t admit it anyway so i just drove away . 3 weeks later the heat goes up stopped and checked there was leak from same place of thermostat which he said it comes with 3 years warranty . I went back and told him in the beginning he was trying to make it I’m not sure if its the thermostat which clearly was the cause of the leak. After that he mentioned he said he will replace it with the same cheap quality and if leaked again He will charge me again which sounds like a scam. I started to argue told him to find better quality than that cheap one which lasted for 3 weeks he started yelling “I don’t want you to come here anymore because you gave me 2 stars review last time ( the extra star was because the mechanic works there was honest hard working guy) I saw it“ he sounded like child and makes me think other reviews not real then started cursing with bad words that he should be bunched in the face for that . I told him I came back because I have warranty and you have to fix it. I am leaving this comment to advise anyone who will read it to save your money and find another place this guy has no ethics and no manners!!
