In my one time experience; they are completely dishonest with the condition of the items. I bought a small case and it was described as mint but was in a heavily used condition, it wasn't broken but it looked like hell and had clearly been in service the last 20 years or so. Several parts where also missing, they had literally written it in text and showing them on the picture that these parts where supposed to be included but no. Customer service didn't apologize they just asked me to send it back if I wasn't happy. I was refunded but I will never buy from these people again.

Order a small part from them. It's been almost 2 months since they declared that they have sent me my package. And still, there is no info when I might get it. I do not know what is responsible for such a delay. Maybe both. Shop's administration and Hermes. There was no clear picture what is happening with my package. Last few weeks was true nightmare, for every my email they answered with automated one. Customer service should be better. Currently I see no reason why I should rate this company higher then one star...

Order came ok after 4 work days. Very satisfied with the product. Hermes is a different story. I am not sure, if it is ZIB's fault, but I was not aware of the parcel comming and PPL (CZ Hermes delivery partner) had no telephone number nor my email. If I did not ask ZIB directly via Email, I would not get any parcel number and my order would return to Germany without my knowledge, that anybody was even delivering something. If they would switch directly to PPL for non-Germany parcels, all would be great.
