Being polite, fast and kind... It really reversed my impression of public servants Thank you!

In the UK getting something from outside the EU is at most a short trip to the Post Office. In Germany they wont tell you somethings arrived until at 2 weeks after they got it, then it is a morning off work to take a trip to the City Centre to a place with No parking and No S-Bahn, where unfriendly people will make you wait roughly an hour, and then if you're lucky reluctantly hand over your item (with a 30 euro fee of course). I thought maybe that this designed to make sure you only ever buy stuff in the EU, however it is also terrible (maybe even worse) when you want to get number plates for your car, it is a system designed to make the public depressed.
Fast and easy. Good service.
The staff were really quite friendly to me, however turning up a few minutes before 8am on a Wednesday I was 10th in line and the whole process took 30 minutes, which feels a little on the long side.
They are not friendly very rude people there
