I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for DeBoer’s! I just had the easiest, fastest and most pleasant experience. Tina’s customer service is top notch and the little touches (disinfecting you car afterwards, Starbucks gift card, disinfected loaner car..) were so thoughtful.

I'm shocked that all of the things that stood out to me about this shop aren't the standard in others. It felt like every detail was meticulously thought through, like a combination-locked key lock box for customers to pick up their car at their own convenience, not limited to the hours that the shop is open. The waiting room felt like my home living room: big screen tv, coffee brewing, and warm, bright colors and artwork everywhere. There was a big screen TV literally playing a show called \Happy TV\, which summed up the mood nicely. Service wise, I brought my car in for a simple oil change and got back a full diagnostic of my car, where it could be improved, which services I could wait on and which needed to be done sooner rather than later. I wouldn't consider myself to be a car person, but the staff made me feel like I was: I could understand everything the walked me through everything that was looked at and what it all meant. I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review about a mechanic shop, and maybe that's why I am: my expectations of a mechanic are probably exactly what yours are, and this exceeded every single one of them.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON WHAT EVER IS NEEDED TO MAKE YOUR CAR RUN GREAT. I ESPECIALLY LOVE THEY HAVE LOANER CARS. I WORK DURING THE DAY AND DON'T HAVE TO WORRY HOW I AM GETTING BACK AND FORTH TO WORK AND PICKING UP MY CAR WHEN DONE. BIG PLUS. THEY ALL KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK ARE AWESOME. WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY CAR REPAIR'S.
DeBoer’s has fantastic customer service and they really seem to want to make sure they have solved whatever problem you’re having with your vehicle. They try to get you in quickly and return your car as soon as possible, communicating with you through the process. This last time it was tires, but they have also worked on clutch, done an oil change and radiator work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trusted repair place near Hamburg NJ.
I have been going to DeBoer's for 15 years. They treat me like family and I trust them with my vehicles. They have never let me down and have kept all my vehicles in great running condition. I have also purchased cars from them and they have been great. My Mustang will not go anywhere else and neither will we.
