Went to get paracetamol and had to go through a line of customers to check shelves, was accused by chemist/employee I was cutting in line. I explained i was looking for paracetamol and was not que jumping, but they kept insisting I was que jumping, I decided to leave and not give them the business as they were not listening to me. As i was leaving the store the owners were patronising me. Some customer service skills!

Great professional service and with a smile.
Great local pharmacy with friendly staff and a knowledgeable chemist. It was great being able to visit a pharmacy where the staff seemed to actually care about the patients unlike big chain pharmacies (I’m looking at you Boots and Superdrug!!).

Brilliant local pharmacy! Great advice and cheap prices! I often force myself to remember to shop here because I want to keep excellent shops like this going. Turns out the prices are much less than the big shops too - just got 60x vitamin D for 1. A huge bonus is the pharmacist is very wise, friendly and helpful and you can ask him anything without embarrassment. Please shop in this brilliant local shop when you can!
