We went here after a recomendation from a friend. The kimchi soup was delicious and the ribs were juicy. My only problem was the service, they can use some improvement and be more attentive to cuatomers. Other than that, I did like the food and would recommend to try

At first, I haven't had my hopes up. I was travelling the place, (I'm originally from the SF Bay area) and went in since my friend wanted to buy one to bring it back home. I somehow come across a leftover and I had a bite.. and boy, what a taste. I've tried BBQs where authentic BBQ is famous for - Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina and surely I can say this has the most unique and savory flavor I've ever had. I don't think this is strictly Korean, however, I can say the pork ribs and the sauce would appeal every one in the planet in every culture. (of course, not muslims, sadly) I would've given 10 starts if google allowed me to. Two thumbs up! ps. Please open a chain in the bay area. You'll be able to make business even with 1.5x the price you get in LA.

Read so many good reviews. Finally got to visit and it was really good. But I like my pork ribs in traditional Korean sauce.. their pork ribs are not exactly what I expected - sweet and spicy flavoured back ribs.. I enjoyed them for what they were but if you're expecting the Korean traditional pork galbi, this is not the place. It was a little too sweet for my Korean taste as well. But I don't regret trying for sure!

Warning!! Never go to this place. This place is pretty famous in town but the quality is trash. House salad is not fresh and soggy and tastes like some scraps from leftovers. Pork spare ribs are so tough and impossible to swallow. The meat is undercooked and I saw blood inside the rib bone area. And they charge 32 dollar for one order. Good luck!!

Korean food and the feeling at this place is great. Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. Certainly worth a return trip. The place has a good feel to it.
