Great shop a little walk from halstead
I visited the post office counter today in the Halstead branch & was served by a very grumpy & rude member of staff, whose manner was totally inappropriate & obnoxious. There was no remorse for their behaviour, even when I asked to speak with the manager. Who was very apologetic on behalf of her colleague. However, I came away with no explanation of any action for the rude member of staff, who needs some serious training in customer service communication. Sadly this person has cost the shop my business, I will not return to be spoken to as I was, it was totally uncalled for & out of order. Sorry WHS but this needs addressing.
