I would highly recommend this nail bar. Staff are extremely helpful, hardworking and do a fabulous job. They stick to their times so there is never any waiting around when you have made an appointment. They are efficient and work at a good pace which means you don’t have to sit for ages to get your nails done. Life is too busy! Fab place won’t look to go elsewhere.
Disgusting service from start to finish. If I could give you no stars, I would. First time I went I had a pedicure and acrylics on my nails. When my feet were in the water having a pedicure, I was getting electric shocks. I was told this was because my feet were to dry (...?!) Continued to go back, but each time left disappointed. This time will be the last, I had waited longer to have my nails done as it was an occasion, so in turn some nails had cracked. I thought it would be a problem as I have had this before and other nail technicians have built it up with acrylic and they look good as new. Anna didn’t repair the cracks just simply worked around them, resulting in uneven nails. When I pointed this out she said “well they are cracked, what can I do?” Which makes me question her ability to do her job. She had left some on the previous nail varnish on, put acrylic over it, then tried to file the left on colour off, which would show she’s not really thinking about what she is doing. When shaping them I wanted a very simple short square shape, which I didn’t get, when I pointed out the fact the where uneven, different lengths, and not what I had asked for she said “well I can’t see it” then continued to file them so much they looked even worse. Customer service is non existent. You boasted to me about how fast you work the first time I came to you, that means nothing if your quality of work is terrible.
